As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an ambitious Warehouse Operations Manager to become a key member of our leadership team.
This isn't a role where you'll sit in an office all day. You'll lead from the front—working alongside our warehouse team, coordinating the morning operation, ensuring every vehicle leaves accurately and on time, and constantly improving how we work.
You'll work directly with our Directors and alongside the existing management team to help shape the future of the business.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare the daily operation from 3:30–4:00am.
· Organise routes and delivery paperwork.
· Lead picking, loading and dispatch.
· Receive supplier deliveries and manage shortages.
· Maintain stock accuracy, rotation and warehouse standards.
· Support recruitment, training and performance management.
· Improve warehouse efficiency and operational processes.
· Work closely with Directors on forward planning.
What we're looking for
· Warehouse or foodservice experience.
· Full UK driving licence and van driving experience (not essential)
· Calm, organised, practical leader.
· Excellent communication and attention to detail.
· Desire to progress into senior management.

Hours & Salary
4:00am–12:00pm, five days per week, Saturdays on rotation.
Salary circa £35,000 depending on experience.
