Full job description

Fox Group (Moving & Storage) Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our Taunton branch following the departure of our previous Sales Representative.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in the removals industry who is looking for a varied role with genuine responsibility and the opportunity to develop within an established, award-winning company.

The Role

We are looking for an all-rounder who is confident working across all aspects of the business, including:

Carrying out domestic and commercial removal surveys.
Preparing accurate quotations and following up sales opportunities.
Assisting with the day-to-day planning of operations and logistics.
Supporting the management and coordination of removal crews.
Assisting with warehouse operations and management where required.
Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the customer's journey.
Working closely with the Branch Manager to ensure the smooth running of the depot.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous experience within the removals and storage industry.
Be confident conducting customer surveys and preparing quotations.
Have a good understanding of removals operations and logistics.
Be organised, proactive and able to prioritise a varied workload.
Be flexible, hands-on and willing to support different areas of the business when required.
Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
Hold a full UK driving licence (essential).
Hold a Forklift Truck (FLT) licence (preferred but not essential).
