Full job description

Welcome Health Pharmacies Limited is currently recruiting a Counter assistant to join our team in Saltburn on a part time basis.

Your job will include:

Talking to customers and offering information in a confident, friendly and professional manner, providing our customers with a great service
Offering appropriate information to customers on common ailments, symptoms and products.
Taking time to understand the customers’ needs, explaining the benefits of the products in a way they understand and only selling products that are right for the customer.
Advising customers on the range of Pharmacy services available
checking off and putting deliveries away
serving on the till
ordering stock
answering the telephone
liaising with dispensary team
cleaning and maintaining the overall tidiness of the pharmacy

You will need:

Experience or qualifications gained from working in a Pharmacy environment
Days and hours to be arranged between Monday to Friday and weekends
Flexible availability to cover holidays and sickness

Benefits:

Competitive base salary (pro rata) depends on experience
Pension contributions
20 days plus bank holidays (pro rata)
Further accredited training
