Responsibilities

Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, massages, brows, pedicures and gel nails with precision and care
Provide expert advice on skincare routines, product recommendations, and beauty techniques tailored to each client’s needs
Ensure all treatment areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with health regulations
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, active listening, and clear communication
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations to enhance services
Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, client preferences, and product usage for future reference

Skills

Proven experience as level 3 beauty therapist
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable manner
Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures and build rapport with clients
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of health and safety standards related to beauty treatments
Passion for continuous learning about new beauty techniques and products
Energetic attitude with a genuine desire to help clients look and feel their best
