Role Purpose:
To ensure the safe mobilisation of competent offshore crew to the Company's worksites and vessels.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Ensure all crew hold the required project and company competences/certification required for the job prior to mobilization.
- Arrange project specific and renewals of offshore training. Working with Training providers to source best quality and best priced training.
- Track and report utilization of Offshore Personnel accurately to allow the team to continually build upon the competency of Offshore Crew.
- Maintain accurate and secure personnel files for permanent staff.
- Arrange travel for Crew Changes in the most cost effective and timely manner.
Key Tasks
- Ensure all relevant Offshore certification is current and up to date and recorded within the HR system/competence matrix
- Arrange renewal of offshore survivals, Medicals and offshore training following approval
- Arrange visas and work permits as required
- Work with manning agencies to source personnel for short falls on equipment/projects.
- On receipt of Crew list, contact relevant agencies and direct crew and advise of mobilization date and joining instructions
- Carry out Crew Changes in accordance with crew schedules and project requirements
- Arrange all travel to meet project requirements and deadlines
- Liaise with Worldwide Shipping Agents in support of offshore crew mobilization/demobilization information and transfer requirements
- Update work trackers to reflect all tours against project.
- Ensure timesheets are submitted on time and are accurate
- Log and maintain an accurate record of Offshore crew utilization.
- Check agency invoices prior to approval by Offshore Crewing Manager and Head of Finance
- Check Travel Invoices prior to approval by the Head of Finance
- Approval of agency expense claims, in line with the Enshore Expenses Policy Provide on call support as required.
Key Measurables:
- All data/ information is produced and recorded in a timely and accurate manner.
- Systems within the Offshore Crewing Departments maintained accurately.
- All Offshore Crew and mobilized and demobilized in a timely and effective manner.
- Successful completion of internal and external audits.

Demonstrable Experience Specific to Role:
- Previous experience of visa and domestic and international travel
- Previous experience of the offshore industry
Pay: £30,000.00 per year
