Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and versatile Barista/All Rounder to join our team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches or snacks as required.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and handling transactions accurately.
- Keep the work area clean, organised, and well-stocked throughout shifts.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods, demonstrating good time management skills.
- Support team members with general duties such as restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
- Uphold brand standards in appearance, behaviour, and service delivery at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in food service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Knowledge of food safety standards is desirable.
- Experience in serving customers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.

Pay: £12.21-£15.00 per hour
