About Mehxiv Security

Mehxiv Security is a growing security company based in Middlesbrough, providing professional security services to businesses and organisations across Teesside and the North East.

We are looking for a confident, professional and outgoing Business Development & Events Representative to help strengthen our presence, develop new relationships and represent Mehxiv within the regional business community.

The Role

Working closely with the founder, you will become a key representative of Mehxiv Security at business events, networking opportunities and during outreach to prospective clients.

You will also support the development and representation of Rose Division, our specialist initiative focused on professional female security personnel and increasing opportunities for women within the security industry.

Key responsibilities include:

Attending networking events, exhibitions and business meetings
Professionally representing Mehxiv Security
Introducing our services to businesses and decision-makers
Making outbound business calls and following up leads
Building relationships with prospective clients and local businesses
Arranging meetings and identifying business opportunities
Supporting the growth and visibility of Rose Division
Assisting with occasional promotional and social media activities

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is confident, articulate, personable and professional, and comfortable approaching business owners, managers and senior professionals.

Previous experience in sales, business development, events, hospitality, recruitment or customer-facing roles is beneficial, but strong communication skills, confidence and initiative are most important.

Working Pattern

1 day per week, with flexibility around networking events, meetings and business opportunities.

Location: Middlesbrough / Teesside, with occasional travel across the North East.

What We Offer

You'll work directly alongside the founder of a growing local security company, represent Mehxiv at regional business events and play a genuine role in developing new relationships and opportunities.

Pay: £12.71–£14 per hour, depending on experience, with performance-based incentives available.
