We require a friendly, positive thinking, organised and motivated individual to work as a Receptionist Part time (23 hours) within the Trusts Hotel Services Team.
Candidates must be able to follow and work within defined procedures and have the ability to communicate face to face and by telephone ina helpful manner. You will be required to demonstrate a high level of customer service skills when dealing with potentially distressing situations.Good organisational and time management skills including ability to prioritise effectively are a must.

Experience of working or volunteering in a mental health and learning disabilities environment is desirable.
