Full job description

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Vehicle Prepper to join our growing bodyshop team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in prepping vehicles for paint within a professional bodyshop environment and be confident delivering high-quality workmanship.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-equipped, supportive workshop with steady workflow and long-term stability.

Key Responsibilities

Prepping panels and vehicles for paint (sanding, filling, masking, priming)
Ensuring all surfaces are ready for the paint stage
Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
Working efficiently to meet deadlines without compromising quality
Communicating clearly with painters and the rest of the team

Requirements

Previous experience as a Vehicle Prepper in a bodyshop setting
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
Own tools preferred (but not essential)

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Overtime: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM & Saturdays (optional)
