About the job
NorthPeak Advisory – Associate / Senior Associate Role Description
NorthPeak Advisory Overview
NorthPeak Advisory (“NorthPeak”) is a boutique advisory firm founded in 2020. We support clients in navigating the rapidly evolving sustainability landscape by delivering impactful, value-accretive and long-term sustainability strategies and processes. NorthPeak was initially established to address the nascent state of responsible investment in the alternative investment industry and has since expanded its work to support companies with their broader corporate sustainability needs.
Our proprietary, open-architecture technology platforms, ASAP (“Advanced Sustainability Accounting Platform”) & APIP (Asset & Portfolio Intelligence Platform) are designed to support corporates and asset managers with identifying, collecting, and reporting on material sustainability topics. We designed both platforms to produce accurate, scalable, and audit-ready sustainability outputs.
We provide clients with comprehensive sustainability services, supported by our sustainability software, covering decarbonisation accounting and transition strategies, supply‑chain due diligence, sustainability reporting, and the integration of sustainability into long‑term shareholder value creation. Through a combination of technology and advisory support, we help our clients design, implement, and report on sustainability strategies that are practical, scalable, and aligned with both regulatory requirements and commercial objectives.
We are a small, highly committed team that takes a collaborative and pragmatic approach to advancing sustainability. We are a UN supported PRI signatory, and actively collaborate with industry groups, data providers and regulators.
Joining NorthPeak Advisory is a unique opportunity to contribute towards creating more sustainable financial markets and addressing some of the biggest challenges for society, while growing an impactful business.
