Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of bartending techniques. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of beverages, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. You will play a key role in maintaining the bar area, adhering to food safety standards, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines
Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks

Experience

Previous experience in bartending or a similar hospitality role is preferred
Strong knowledge of drink recipes, and bar equipment
Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs
A commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with food safety practices is advantageous
