About the Role
As our Bookings Administrator & General Office Assistant, you will support the smooth running of guest bookings, owner communications and general office operations. You will often be one of the first points of contact for guests, owners and service providers, so a professional and helpful approach is essential.

Your duties will include:
- Handling guest enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assisting with new bookings, amendments, payments and guest information.
- Supporting the preparation and sending of arrival details and pre-stay communications.
- Liaising with owners, guests, cleaners, contractors and internal team members.
- Keeping booking records, property notes and office systems up to date.
- Helping to coordinate guest requests, maintenance updates and general property-related enquiries.
- Supporting the team with day-to-day office administration, filing and record keeping.
- Assisting with website, listing and booking platform updates where required.
- Helping to ensure guests receive a smooth, well-organised and positive experience from enquiry through to departure.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Confident communicating.
- Friendly, professional and customer-focused.
- Accurate, detail-conscious and comfortable using computer systems.
- Able to work well as part of a small team.
- Ability to prioritise.
- Calm under pressure and willing to help wherever needed.
- Interested in the holiday letting, hospitality or property sector.
Previous experience in holiday lettings, hospitality, administration, customer service or property management would be helpful, but the right attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are just as important.
