As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring our rooms are clean and exceptionally presented creating a relaxing environment for our guests where they can feel refreshed and revived and look forward to repeating the experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide a high level of cleaning and standards of bedrooms, bathroom and public areas as required.
- Manage a section of rooms to company standards.
- Follow a list of tasks for the cleaning of rooms.
- Ensure that security and health and safety are maintained.
- Be prepared to work in a busy department and use your own initiative.
- Have a good understanding of Health and Safety and infection control cleaning practice, however, full training will be given.
- Have a positive personality, good people skills and provide excellent customer service.

Hours and rate of pay
This is a casual role requiring daytime availability and inclusive of shifts during school holidays & weekends. This role is likely to be 1 or 2 shifts a week, with the potential to flex up during busier periods: most likely shift days will be Monday, Friday or Sunday.
Hourly Rate: £12.71 per hour - Aged 21+ , £10.85 per hour for aged 18-20, £9.50 per hour for aged 16-17)
