You will:
- Provide specialist administration and advice to support curriculum teams.
- Prepare and maintain planned timetables and teaching hours in an effective, audit-compliant way.
- Work closely with the CAS Senior Coordinator to ensure teaching rooms are used effectively.
- Offer guidance to Curriculum Heads and Programme Coordinators so timetables meet the needs of learners, curriculum areas, and the wider college.
- Monitor staff teaching hours, correct errors, and help ensure staff utilisation reports remain accurate and reliable.
About you:
- You will hold GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above, or equivalent.
- You will hold a business administration or IT-based qualification.
- You will have significant experience using multiple IT and database systems.
- You will need the ability to work with minimal supervision and a strong eye for accuracy.
- You will be confident in managing day-to-day enquiries by email and telephone, alongside college administration tasks.
- You will have a flexible, innovative approach and the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels, both remotely and in person.
