Eddie’s Woodfired Pizza is an established food-service business dedicated to delivering high-quality, authentic wood-fired pizzas and exceptional customer service.
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Team leader to join our team and oversee daily operations.
Role Responsibilities
As the team leader, you will support the head chef/manager in maintaining high operational standards, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading the team during busy shifts.
Key duties include:
- Team Leadership: Supervising front-of-house and kitchen staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and morale remains high.
- Shift Management: Managing the day-to-day flow of the restaurant, handling customer enquiries professionally, and resolving any issues promptly.
- Quality Assurance: Monitoring food preparation and service to ensure all orders meet our established quality and presentation standards.
- Operations & Compliance: Conducting opening and closing procedures, managing cash handling/till reconciliations, and ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must demonstrate leadership capability and a strong background in hospitality.
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or fast-casual food environment is essential.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure.
- Availability: Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Attributes: A professional attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
