We are seeking a dedicated Civils Team Labourer to join our civil engineering installation team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting various site activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality standards are maintained. Responsibilities
- Assisting with excavation and groundwork activities using hand tools and power tools
- Supporting the installation of civils infrastructure, including drainage, kerbing, and paving
- Operating machinery such as excavators (training provided) under supervision
- Assisting with welding tasks as required for structural support or repairs
- Handling and organising materials on-site to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety protocols
- Supporting with basic electrical tasks and mechanical installations where necessary
- Assisting skilled tradespeople with specialised tasks involving hand tools and power tools
- Ensuring all work complies with project specifications and safety regulations
