Are you looking to join a dedicated and friendly team in a well-established business? GSU Landscapes is a proud family-run company with over 30 years of experience in the landscaping and grounds maintenance industry. We're currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Worker to join our Grounds Maintenance Department.

About the Role:

As a Maintenance Operative, you’ll play a key role in helping to maintain a variety of outdoor spaces to a high standard. You’ll be working across residential and commercial sites, carrying out a range of grounds maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

General grounds maintenance including grass cutting, hedge trimming, and weeding
Litter picking and leaf clearance
Use of hand tools and machinery (training provided if needed)
Ensuring health and safety standards are met at all times
Working as part of a team to deliver great service

Requirements:

Previous experience in grounds maintenance is preferred but not essential
A positive attitude and good work ethic
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Full UK driving licence desirable but not essential
