We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Metalworking Operative to join our growing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in metal fabrication and finishing. Full training will be provided, so no previous experience is required. Applicants with experience in trade, labouring, manufacturing, engineering, construction, or workshop environments would be advantageous.
Duties Include:
- Grinding, sanding, polishing, and preparing metal surfaces
- Assisting with fabrication and finishing processes
- Using hand tools and workshop machinery
- Supporting welding, drilling, cutting, and assembly work under supervision
- Maintaining workshop cleanliness and organisation
- Carrying out quality checks on completed work
