Duties
- Identify and qualify potential leads through strategic canvassing efforts.
- Engage with clients using persuasive techniques to generate interest and secure appointments or sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries professionally and courteously.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and share market insights.
- Manage your schedule efficiently to maximise outreach
- Proven experience in B2B sales or direct sales roles is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous, demonstrating a friendly and professional approach.
- Familiarity with IT systems for record keeping and reporting purposes.
