The Ritz London is one of the world's most prestigious luxury hotels, renowned for its elegant accommodations, exceptional hospitality, fine dining, and traditional afternoon tea. Since opening in 1906, it has become an iconic symbol of British luxury hospitality.

A Front Office Manager is a mid-level hospitality professional responsible for managing the daily operations of the hotel's Front Office department, including reception, reservations, concierge, and guest services. They ensure guests receive exceptional customer service from check-in to check-out while maintaining efficient operations, maximizing room occupancy, and supporting the hotel's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the daily operations of the Front Office, Reception, Reservations, and Concierge teams.
Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process while delivering excellent customer service.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
Train, mentor, and evaluate Front Office staff to maintain high service standards.
Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing during all shifts.
Monitor room availability, occupancy, and reservations to maximize revenue.
Coordinate with the Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Maintenance departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
Maintain accurate guest records, billing, and payment transactions using the hotel's Property Management System (PMS).
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, and health and safety regulations.
Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements to enhance guest satisfaction and departmental performance.

Pay: From £5,500.00 per month
