Pay Rate: £43,298.86 + any overtime and shift allowances.
Grade: Collective Agreement
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: 4 on 4 off start times from Midnight to 07.00
Location: JD Wetherspoon Daventry NN11 8NF

We're now looking for a Class 2 HGV Driver to…

play a key role ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, delivering goods safely and on time.

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Driving in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
Complying with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
Regular completion of vehicle checks
Manual handling of customer products
Moving cages off vehicle via a tail lift
The occasional night out may be required.
Around 4-8 drops a day.

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

Hold a valid HGV Class 2 Driving Licence (C), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
Ideally have 12 months recent driving experience although new passes will be considered.
Are flexible and polite.
Are physically fit.
