Salary: £26,000 per annum, with the potential to earn up to £28,000 annually if monthly bonus targets are achieved
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

You’ll be sitting at the heart of the sales journey, working side-by-side with our in-house conveyancing team to keep transactions moving, solve problems quickly, and deliver a seamless experience for clients.

The Office
This role will be based in our Leamington Spa office, which is situated in the centre of town, close to the beautiful Jephson Gardens. Easily accessible by public transport with the train station and bus stops just a short walk away.
Our Sales Progressors work along side our conveyancers, sharing office space with the Jephson Legal team. This open plan office allows our teams to join up and work collaboratively, helping to drive the sale through to completion, whilst delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
· Processing and progressing all agreed sales through to completion.
· Liaising with other estate agents, mortgage advisors and solicitors.
· Providing all relevant parties with accurate updates on the progress of the sale/purchase.
· Providing full support to our Conveyancing department to enable them to operate efficiently.
· Preparing correspondence using our case management system.
· Attending to clients both on the telephone and in person.
· Administering filing systems which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files.
· Maintaining good relationship with new business introducers.
· Guiding clients with the initial first steps of their move.
· Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch.
· Arranging the scanning and photocopying of paperwork.
· Carrying out other duties and responsibilities as required.
Essential Skills Required:
· Estate Agent Sales Progressor or Conveyancing experience preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
· You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills.
· A natural instinct for problem solving and impeccable organisation skills are essential.
· A persuasive can do approach with excellent attention to detail is needed for this role along with the ability to prioritise and manage a diverse caseload.
The Ideal candidate must have:
· Demonstrate initiative.
· Possess a high level of accuracy.
· Have a good telephone manner and be comfortable speaking with clients both on the telephone and in person.
· Have the ability to work under pressure.
· Be a team player with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm.
· Be highly organised, methodical, and adaptable.
· A desire to progress within the department.
· Ideally possess a background in sales or an understanding of conveyancing.
