We have an exciting opportunity for a Paramedic to join our Primary Care team at HMP Rye Hill, a category B prison located in Rugby.

HMP Rye Hill has a capacity of 660 males aged 18

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Paramedic who can supervise the clinical service on a day to day basis. Responding to emergency codes in the prison and assessing patients for internal and external treatment.

Hours:

Monday - Sunday
37.5 hours per week
7am - 8pm days
Occasional nights - 8pm - 7am
1 weekend in 4

Salary:

This position is full time, you’ll receive an annual salary between £43,609 - £49,17 per annum FTE - depending on experience.

As a Paramedic, your responsibilities will vary. You will

Provide outstanding evidence based case to our patients seeking out, listening to and acting on their feedback so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them - focussing on emergency and unplanned care to patients with both primary care and acute care needs.
Deliver non-judgemental care, building therapeutic relationships and promoting professional boundaries.

Proven post-registration ambulance experience
