Full job description

Location: Oxfordshire / West Midlands (Community-based with some remote working)
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time (2–3 days per week, with scope to grow)
Salary: £31,049 – £35,000 FTE (pro-rata for part-time)

We are a values-led multidisciplinary team supporting children, young people, and adults across education, community, and specialist settings. We’re looking for a passionate Newly Qualified Speech & Language Therapist to join our growing team in a flexible part-time role (2–3 days per week), with opportunities to develop and grow over time.

This role would suit someone who:

What you’ll be doing

Delivering neuroaffirming, strengths-based Speech & Language Therapy support
Supporting children, young people, and/or adults depending on service need and your interests
Contributing to assessments, therapy planning, and intervention delivery
Working collaboratively with families, schools, and multidisciplinary professionals
Developing confidence in clinical reasoning, report writing, and collaborative practice
Managing a realistic and well-supported caseload
Receiving regular supervision, mentoring, and professional support

Some travel within Oxfordshire/Banbury and surrounding areas is required, but travel is regionally planned with flexibility wherever possible.

About you

HCPC registered (or due to register) Speech & Language Therapist
Newly qualified or early in your career
Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming practice

Comfortable working flexibly across community settings
Looking for a role aligned with your values and long-term development

Pay: £31,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
