Key responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, high quality teaching across the KS1 or KS2 curriculum ensuring good progress for all pupils
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes high expectations, curiosity and good behaviour
Assess, record and report on pupil progress, using data to inform teaching and targeted support
Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners including SEND and EAL
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and carers to support learning and well being

Pay range: MPS - £32,916 - £45,352

Qualifications and Skills:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Successful completion (or near completion) of a recognised Initial Teacher Training (ITT) programme
Eligibility to work within a KS1 or KS2 setting
A strong understanding of the primary curriculum
Commitment to professional development and willingness to learn
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
