- Assist with meal preparation tasks as needed to support the overall kitchen operations
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Follow proper sanitation procedures for equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and uphold a positive dining atmosphere
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent understanding of meal preparation techniques, especially frying methods
- Good communication skills and ability to serve guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks effectively
