Personal Assistant (PA) – Washforce Nationwide Ltd

Monday to Friday | 10:00am – 2:00pm

About the Role

Washforce is looking for a Personal Assistant to support the CEO and wider management team.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You may be speaking with the COO, helping the accounts department, managing emails, answering phone calls, organising diaries, booking appointments, handling paperwork, researching information, or helping keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes.

The role will also involve the critically important task of ensuring the CEO occasionally stops working, eats something, takes annual leave, and remembers that life exists outside of Washforce.

We’re looking for someone organised, proactive, trustworthy and able to use their own initiative. A good sense of humour is essential, as you’ll quickly discover that “I’ve got a quick idea…” rarely means anything quick.

The Important Bit

The duties listed above are examples only and are not exhaustive.

The successful candidate may be asked to undertake any reasonable task requested by the Company or CEO. Responsibilities will vary depending on the needs of the business and can range from administrative support and business tasks to helping organise the day-to-day chaos that comes with running a growing national company.

In simple terms, if it needs doing, there’s a fair chance you’ll be asked to do it.
