Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Fryer/Server to join our dynamic culinary team. This role involves preparing and cooking food items to high standards, as well as providing exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent customer service skills, and a keen eye for food safety and hygiene. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop culinary skills within a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards, focusing on frying techniques.
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet customer expectations.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
Serve customers efficiently and courteously, taking orders and delivering meals promptly.
Assist with meal preparation during busy periods, supporting the kitchen team as needed.
Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management of shortages or issues.
Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.

Experience

Previous experience in food preparation or cooking is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
Experience working in a restaurant or catering environment is advantageous.
Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices is desirable.
Prior serving experience will be beneficial for delivering excellent customer service. This role offers an engaging environment for individuals passionate about culinary arts and customer service, with opportunities to grow within the hospitality industry.

Pay: £11.00-£14.00 per hour
