Job Summary
Fantastic opportunity for a Sports Therapist to work in a vibrant clinic and be part of a friendly team.

Exeter Chiro & Physio are looking for a Sports Therapist to provide treatment of the full range of clinical complaints utilising massage, mobilisation and providing exercise recommendations. You will also have use of Shockwave and Cold Laser Therapy equipment (training provided).

If you are looking for a clinical role where you will learn, progress and be supported to provide the highest standards of care then this position is for you!

As a Sports Therapist you will be involved in all aspects of running the clinic from covering the front desk to assisting other therapists. You will work alongside a chiropractor, two other experienced sports therapists and in-house training, coaching and support will be provided. The right person will be very outgoing and highly motivated to help the clinic continue to grow through providing first class musculoskeletal therapies.

This position will include extensive mentoring and coaching to help you become a proficient, competent therapist and therefore we are looking for someone that wants to make a minimum three year commitment to the role.

Responsibilities

Develop tailored treatment plans aligned with individual goals and requirements.
Treatment of patients using gentle mobilisation and/or massage techniques to get the best results possible in injury treatment
Treatment of patients utilising Shockwave Therapy and Cold Laser Therapy (training provided)
Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary.
Maintain detailed and confidential records of sessions and treatment plans in compliance with organisational policies.
Involved in production of media for social media including videos, photos etc
Uphold professional standards and adhere to ethical guidelines at all times.

Skills

Proven experience in delivering therapeutic services with a compassionate approach.
Strong knowledge of anatomy to inform effective treatment strategies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Organisational skills necessary for maintaining accurate records and managing caseloads efficiently.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to adapt techniques based on individual client needs and progress.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in therapy. This role provides an enriching opportunity for professionals committed to improving mental health outcomes through expert care and personalised support.

Pay: From £15.00 per hour
