Full job description

Link-Force Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated Groundworks Foreman to join our client's team in Devon, England. This role involves overseeing and executing drainage installation projects, ensuring that all work meets industry standards and client specifications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and completing drainage installation tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety. This is a contract position initially scheduled for two years, offering stability and an excellent opportunity to contribute to significant infrastructure projects within the region.

Proven experience in drainage installation, with a strong understanding of relevant procedures and safety regulations
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
Excellent organisational and project management skills
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering solutions efficiently
Good communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members
Valid relevant certifications and licenses for drainage work and health & safety compliance
A proactive approach and attention to detail to ensure timely completion of tasks
