Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves working at various heights and requires a keen eye for detail to ensure that all windows are cleaned to the highest standard. A valid driving licence is essential, as you will be required to travel to different locations.

Responsibilities

Clean windows for residential and commercial properties, ensuring a streak-free finish.
Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
Interact with customers in a professional manner, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of equipment and work areas.
Follow safety protocols at all times, particularly when working at heights.
Provide excellent customer service to build rapport with clients and encourage repeat business.

Experience

Previous experience in window cleaning or a related field is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
A valid driving licence is preferred but not necessary
Customer service experience is preferred, demonstrating the ability to interact positively with clients.
