Telesales Manager – Fitter Windows

Fitter Windows is one of the leading home improvement companies, With high-quality windows, doors, bi-folds and shutters. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Telesales Manager to lead our appointment-setting team and drive performance across our call centre operation.
This is not a sit-back management role. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can motivate, coach and inspire a team to consistently achieve targets while creating a positive, energetic and winning culture.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Managing the daily performance of the telesales team
- Coaching staff through live and recorded calls
- Improving conversion rates and appointment quality
- Running daily team meetings and motivation sessions
- Monitoring KPIs including contact rates, appointment rates and confirmations
- Recruiting, training and developing new team members
- Working closely with senior management to achieve company targets
- Creating a positive and energetic environment where success is celebrated
What We're Looking For
- Previous telesales or call center management experience a MUST
- Proven track record of leading successful sales teams
- Strong coaching and motivational skills
- Ability to lead from the front and set the standard
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Results-driven mindset
