Saffron Building Society is on the lookout for a dedicated ALM Analyst to support our ALM Manager and Balance Sheet Strategy function. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in our Finance team, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of key analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Balance Sheet Strategy team by delivering accurate management and regulatory reporting.
- Ensure precise data transfer and reconciliation to maintain the integrity of our financial information.
- Produce ALM analysis to support monthly ALCO reporting, contributing to informed decision-making.
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of regulatory returns, adhering to compliance standards.
- Contribute to the development and optimisation of ALM, hedge accounting, and regulatory reporting systems.
- Assist in automating standard processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and timeliness to support financial oversight and risk management.
What We’re Looking For:

CIMA/ACCA/ACT/ALMA qualified or desire to study
- A strong background in financial services, ideally within a banking environment.
- Experience in ALM analysis, risk management, or regulatory reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex information effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a collaborative mindset.
