Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced KBB & Interior Design Consultant to join our showroom team. This is a customer-facing role combining design, sales, and project coordination across bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and interior spaces.
You will manage clients from initial enquiry through to final design and sale, delivering a high standard of service and design expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and present customer plans, mood boards, and quotations
- Use CAD software (Virtual Worlds and Winner) to create accurate designs
- Generate and follow up new business leads and quotations
- Guide customers through the full design and buying process
- Build strong customer relationships and manage client expectations
- Close sales and achieve agreed targets
- Maintain high showroom presentation standards
- Carry out general showroom administration and follow-ups
- Support social media activity with engaging content (desirable)
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a KBB showroom environment
- Strong product knowledge of bathrooms, kitchens, and/or bedrooms
- Good understanding of plumbing processes and industry standards
- Experience using Virtual Worlds and Winner CAD (training available)
- Adobe design skills advantageous
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Reliable, customer-focused, and professional
- Strong sales ability with a consultative approach
Working Hours
Full-time, 5 days per week on a rota basis (including every other weekend):
- Monday–Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Saturday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Sunday: 8:30am – 1:00pm
Salary & Benefits
