An exciting opportunity has arisen at Honey+Harvey for an experienced pastry chef to join our growing business.

Based in and our new bakery in Rendelsham....

All our cakes & bakes are made in house in our dedicated kitchen just for our pastry team!

Honey+Harvey has gained it's reputation championing breakfast, brunch and lunch, working with local suppliers and fresh local produce but is also known for our great cakes, bakes and bespoke orders, which as a member of the pastry team you will be a key member to maintain our already great well known name and move forward with the the business.

Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods from scratch each day.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new pastry recipes.
Ensure all baked items meet quality standards and food safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station.
Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies efficiently.
Support the overall food production process to ensure timely service.
Uphold the company's commitment to high standards of food quality and presentation
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role within a bakery or café environment.
Strong baking skills with knowledge of pastry techniques.
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
Experience working in a small team preferred.
Passion for high-quality food and customer satisfaction.
