Office Administrator and Personal Assistant to the CEO

The Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator and Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to the CEO while overseeing the smooth day-to-day administration of our Head Office in Delabole, North Cornwall.
This is a varied and hands-on role combining executive support, office coordination, and general administration within a fast-paced operational environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the CEO and wider office operations are supported professionally and efficiently.
You will work closely with
- Executive Leadership Team
- Operational teams across the group
- External suppliers, contractors, and visitors
Key Responsibilities:
Executive & PA Support
- Manage the CEO’s diary and daily schedule
- Coordinate internal and external meetings
- Prepare agendas, documents, and meeting materials
- Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO
- Support presentations, reports, and business reviews
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries
- Handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
Office Administration
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the Delabole office
- Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and consumables
- Arrange cleaning, maintenance, and office upkeep
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers
- Ensure meeting rooms and office areas remain organised and presentable
- Support onboarding arrangements for new starters and visitors
- Assist with company events and visitor coordination
Group Administration
- Circulate meeting invites, agendas, and documentation
- Maintain organised filing systems and records
- Support general office administration tasks
Stakeholder & Visitor Management
- Welcome and coordinate visitors to the office
- Ensure a professional experience for clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Support scheduling and arrangements for meetings and leadership visits
About You:
Experience
- Previous experience in a PA, Executive Assistant, Office Administrator, Office Manager, or senior administrative role
- Experience supporting senior leadership or directors
- Previous office administration or facilities coordination experience is beneficial
Skills
- Excellent organisational and diary management skills
- Strong administrative and time management abilities
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise workload
- Confident using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
