Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Practice
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and assessments
- Develop personalised treatment plans
- Deliver treatments within your scope of practice
- Maintain exceptional clinical standards
- Ensure patient safety and satisfaction at all times
- Manage follow-up care and long-term treatment planning
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records
Patient Experience
- Deliver outstanding patient care and communication
- Build long-term patient relationships
- Support high levels of patient retention and satisfaction
- Educate patients regarding treatment options and expected outcomes
Clinical Governance
- Maintain compliance with GMC requirements and professional standards
- Participate in audit and quality improvement activities
- Adhere to CLNQ clinical protocols and governance frameworks
- Ensure informed consent and documentation standards are met
Business Development
- Build and grow your patient list
- Participate in educational events and workshops
- Contribute to social media and educational content where appropriate

- GMC registration with licence to practise

Desirable Experience
- Established private patient following
- Level 7 Aesthetic Medicine qualification
- Dermatology experience
- Experience in regenerative medicine
- Experience with energy-based devices and lasers
