NassifMD Medical Spa UK is seeking an exceptional Advanced Laser & Skin Specialist to join our growing team at MediaCity, Manchester.
This is a rare opportunity to work within the UK arm of the internationally recognised NassifMD brand, founded by Dr Paul Nassif, one of the world's most respected facial plastic surgeons and star of the global television series Botched.

Working alongside our experienced medical team, you will have access to some of the most advanced technologies available in aesthetic medicine, including the Sciton Joule platform featuring HALO™, BBL HERO™ and ProFractional™, the Cynosure Elite+ laser platform, HydraFacial® technology and medical-grade skincare systems.
Experience with Sciton technology is advantageous; however, training may be provided for the right candidate.

This position would suit an ambitious therapist who wants to move beyond routine beauty treatments and develop a career in advanced medical aesthetics.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conducting comprehensive consultations and skin assessments.
- Creating bespoke treatment plans tailored to individual patient goals.
- Delivering advanced laser hair removal treatments using the Cynosure Elite+ platform.
- Performing HydraFacial® treatments and creating bespoke facial treatment plans.
- Delivering microneedling treatments and combination skin rejuvenation protocols.
- Delivering advanced treatments including HALO™, BBL HERO™ and ProFractional™ where trained and appropriate.
- Providing expert skincare advice and medical-grade skincare recommendations.
- Building long-term relationships with patients through exceptional care and results.
- Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey and managing follow-up care.
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and treatment documentation.
- Ensuring the highest standards of safety, professionalism and patient experience are maintained at all times.
- Working collaboratively with the wider clinical and management team to achieve business and patient care objectives.
The Ideal Candidate
You will already be working within an aesthetic, medical aesthetics or luxury clinic environment and take pride in delivering exceptional patient care.
Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (minimum).
- Laser Core of Knowledge certification.
- Minimum 2 years' experience within aesthetics or medical aesthetics.
- Experience performing laser hair removal treatments using medical-grade laser technology. Ideally Cynosure.
- Experience performing HydraFacial® treatments.
- Experience performing microneedling treatments.
- Strong consultation skills and confidence creating treatment plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and presentation.
- Commercial awareness and confidence recommending treatment plans and skincare solutions.
- Passion for patient outcomes and delivering exceptional service.
Desirable
- Experience with the Cynosure Elite+ platform.
- Experience performing HALO™, BBL HERO™ and ProFractional™ treatments.
- Experience with Sciton laser technology.
- HydraFacial certification.
- Experience with Obagi or other medical-grade skincare brands.
- Experience working within a luxury medical spa or private healthcare environment.
