We’re looking for a self-motivated, innovative individual with a keen eye for detail to support our Radiology admin team. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience across various areas of the department, including:
Booking and rearranging patient appointments
Providing essential administrative support
Helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the department

The apprentice will support the admin team with the following:
Participate in an efficient and patient centred appointments office which will involve making and changing radiology appointments.
Participate in using radiology information system (RIS) to ensure maximum use of available appointment slots.
Provide a welcoming and professional greeting when attending patients on a busy reception areas– checking the patients demographics and updating if necessary.
Communicate effectively with both clinical and non-clinical staff.
