Graduate Business Standards & Continuous Improvement Coordinator

Location: Alfreton, Derbyshire
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Salary:£30,000 - £33,000

Are you a recent graduate looking to kick-start your career in business improvement, quality or operational excellence?

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established UK manufacturing business for a Graduate Business Standards & Continuous Improvement Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting business governance, ISO management systems, continuous improvement and compliance while working alongside experienced professionals.

What You'll Do

Support the company's Integrated Management System (IMS).
Assist with internal and external audits.
Coordinate policies, procedures and document control.
Produce KPI reports and analyse business performance data.
Support continuous improvement and operational excellence projects.
Work closely with managers across the business to improve processes and compliance.

About You

Essential:

Degree (2:2 or above) in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management, Environmental Science, Data Analytics or a related subject.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Eligible to work in the UK.

Desirable:

Placement year or industrial experience.
Knowledge of Lean or Continuous Improvement.
Experience with Excel, Power BI or reporting tools.
Awareness of ISO Management Systems.
