YOUR ROLE
Our team based in Burton, working with a prestigious client, is looking for an Admin Coordinator to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, supportive environment where you’ll play a key role in keeping both administration and finance functions running smoothly.
This is a Monday to Friday role 08:30 to 17:00. This role pays £27,539.2 per annum.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Process weekly payroll across multiple systems, including resolving pay queries and producing accurate reports
Produce timely and accurate management information to support both site operations and central functions
Ensure all administrative processes are completed in line with company policies and client requirements
Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities within your areas of responsibility
Manage supplier queries and liaise effectively with external partners
Maintain and regularly audit employee records to ensure compliance
Support internal and external audits as required
Act as the main point of contact for all administrative matters
Raise and receipt purchase orders, ensuring accurate financial tracking and cost allocation
Manage filing systems and general office administration efficiently
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
Experience in general administration, payroll support, or data entry
Confident using MS Office, including Excel
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
