About the role
The B2C Communications & Events Manager is responsible for developing and delivering marketing activity aimed at consumers, both to support the growth of the direct to consumer (D2C) channel, NIBE Home and to help build overall brand recognition with homeowners. This role focuses on building brand awareness, engagement, customer acquisition, and supporting market share growth through targeted consumer campaigns, digital channels, content, and consumer events and shows. The role works closely with Sales, Operations, PR, and the wider Marketing team to ensure consistent messaging, effective campaign delivery, and strong alignment with commercial priorities.
What will you do?
- Develop and deliver consumer focused communications plans aligned to D2Cchannel growth objectives
- Create and manage consumer facing content and marketing campaigns, across all channels, including social media, email, and website
- Lead the development of brand messaging and storytelling for the consumer audience
- Manage consumer social media channels, driving engagement and brand awareness
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to optimise:
o Website content
o Customer journeys
o Digital communications
- Support lead generation and conversion activities
- Plan and deliver consumer events and exhibitions, including:
o Stand build
o Logistics
o Staffing
- Use data and insights to optimise campaign performance and engagement
- Collaborate with PR Manager and Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging
- Develop and manage consumer case studies and customer success stories
What will you bring?
- Proven experience in a consumer marketing or digital marketing role
- Strong understanding of D2C marketing channels (social, digital content, email, campaigns)
- Experience delivering engagement and brand led campaigns
- Strong content creation and storytelling skills
- Data driven mindset, with ability to analyse performance and optimise activity
- Experience with digital tools (e.g. analytics, CMS, email platforms, social platforms)
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Creative, collaborative, and proactive approach
- Passion to deliver high quality marketing activity and customer engagement
- Interest in customer journey and user experience
