THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL DEPUTY ROLE…

This is a PRACTICE based leadership role.

You won’t spend your whole day hidden in an office.

You will be:

Supporting educators in the rooms
Coaching and developing practice
Building brilliant relationships with children and families
Leading from the front
Helping create magical learning experiences
Supporting a positive and inspiring team culture

THE PERFECT PERSON WILL…

Have a relevant Level 3 qualification or above
Have strong nursery or preschool experience
Be warm, energetic and supportive
Love coaching and developing others
Believe childhood should feel magical
Naturally step up and help their team
Love messy play, outdoor learning and creative experiences
