Sunshine Support is one of the UK's leading SEND consultancies, supporting thousands of families, schools and professionals every year through advocacy, consultancy, training, events and education.
We're looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant to support our Founder and MD, Chrissa Wadlow.
This isn't a traditional PA role.
You'll be supporting a highly creative, fast-moving CEO with ADHD who works across public speaking, media, events, content creation, strategy, leadership and business development.
Your role is not simply to manage a diary.
Your role is to help create the structure, organisation and preparation that allows the CEO to perform at her best.
No two days will look the same.
One day you might be preparing briefing packs for a keynote speech.
The next you could be coordinating a major event, chasing actions from senior leaders, helping prepare scripts for filming, or accompanying the CEO to an external speaking engagement.
Responsibilities
- Managing a complex diary
- Protecting focus time and strategic planning time
- Preparing agendas and briefing packs
- Coordinating meetings and follow-up actions
- Supporting projects across the business
- Researching and gathering information
- Supporting content and event planning
- Liaising with stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
- Coordinating travel and logistics
- Providing support at external events and speaking engagements

Important
This role includes occasional travel and overnight stays to support the CEO at conferences, events and speaking engagements.
