What you'll be doing

Being the trusted contact for the chefs and business owners who rely on us
Learning their kitchens, their menus, their pressures — and helping them succeed
Recommending the right products at the right time, with confidence
Working towards team sales targets and helping drive new business
Handling enquiries, returns and the occasional curveball with calm and care
Keeping orders and customer records sharp in SAP Business One
Sharing what you're hearing on the phone so we keep getting better

You'll thrive here if you:

Have around 2 years of sales or account management experience
Speak fluent English plus Cantonese and/or Mandarin (essential — it's how we connect with our customers)
Genuinely enjoy people and conversation
Stay calm and constructive when things get busy
Are comfortable with computers, numbers and getting the details right
Are motivated by progress — your own, your customers', and the team's
Are happy to work weekends as part of your normal working week (the food trade runs at weekends, and so do we)

Bonus points if you:

Know the wholesale, distribution or food industry
Have worked with chefs, restaurants or hospitality before
Have used SWORDS or SAP Business One
