Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Domestic Assistant to join our team at Elderflower House in Derby. This role is vital in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff. As a key part of our care home, you will contribute to the comfort and well-being of those we serve.
Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the care home.
Assist with laundry and general housekeeping duties.
Ensure all communal areas are tidy and welcoming.
Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
Support staff with cleaning supplies management.
Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
Contribute to a positive environment for residents and staff.
Qualifications
Proven experience in domestic or cleaning roles preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of health and safety standards in a care setting is advantageous.
