We are seeking an exceptional Household Manager & Personal Assistant to support a busy CEO and single-parent household.
This is a varied role for someone who enjoys organisation, problem-solving, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing the day-to-day running of the household, allowing the principal to focus on business, family, health and travel commitments.
This is not simply a housekeeping role. We are looking for somebody who takes pride in creating order, anticipating needs, and proactively solving problems.
Key Responsibilities
Household Management
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented home
- Laundry, ironing and wardrobe organisation
- Managing dry cleaning
- Changing bedding and household upkeep
- Managing household supplies and consumables
- Organising storage and household systems
Food & Lifestyle
- Grocery shopping
- Stock management of household essentials
- Meal preparation and healthy cooking
- Supporting fitness and nutrition goals
- Ensuring healthy meals and snacks are always available
Personal Assistant Duties
- Managing appointments and bookings
- Organising travel arrangements
- Handling returns, deliveries and collections
- Managing personal errands
- Purchasing gifts and personal items
- Liaising with contractors and service providers
- Coordinating maintenance and household repairs
Family Support
- Helping prepare for the children's visits
- Keeping household routines organised
- Assisting with general family logistics when required
About You

Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Household Manager, Hotel Manager, Cabin Crew, Concierge, Housekeeper or similar role would be advantageous.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Own vehicle
