Trainee Estate Agent

PART TIME or FULL TIME

REQUIRED FOR SUCCESSFUL PROPERTY OPTIONS ESTATE AGENTS IN OUR BUSY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT

STRONG ORGANISATIONAL SKILLS AND ACCURACY WITH

***FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE REQUIRED***

Candidates must have excellent communication skills including fluent English.

Standard hours: MONDAY - FRIDAY 10.00 AM - 5PM SAT- 11AM- 2PM

Salary: Negotiable – according to experience

Job Description: This role involves assisting in the day to day running of a busy lettings sales department for a Independent Estate Agents in Normanton Derby. You will be working as part of the Sale & Lettings Department team assisting with the management of properties.

This administrative job is busy and varied, but key responsibilities will include:

Handling both telephone and face to face calls and enquiries from tenants and landlords

Carrying out referencing on potential tenants

Setting up property files and processing paperwork Renewals of tenancy agreements and invoicing Visiting properties to conduct rental inspections

Using lettings computer software

Co-ordinating the Move In process once a tenant has secured a property

Handling property maintenance issues and co-ordinating major repair works and gas safety checks

Handling landlord rental payments
