Summary

Join Bear Coffee Company Limited as a Team Member during daytime hours in Bear Derbion . In this role, you will contribute to our mission of providing exceptional customer experiences through friendly service and high-quality offerings, helping us build a community-focused environment.
Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests.
Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed.
Manage time effectively to handle busy periods.
Support upselling efforts to enhance guest satisfaction and sales.
Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the company's community values.
Qualifications
Proven experience in food preparation or restaurant service.
Knowledge of food safety standards.
Strong time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
