Full job description

Toomey Leasing Group is a wholly owned subsidiary of MJT Securities Ltd. It is the Leasing and Fleet Management arm of the diverse Toomey Group, a substantial privately owned business that began in 1929. The Leasing Group operates from offices based in Basildon, Derby, Chester & Salisbury and can offer a local service with hands on account management to fleet operators of 10+ vehicles nationally. We have a wealth of experience within the vehicle leasing industry complimented by a portfolio of consultancy and fleet management services.

We are actively recruiting for a full-time Customer Booking Advisor to work in the vehicle maintenance team, based at our Derby Office.

Key responsibilities

Manage the booking process for vehicle servicing and repairs.
Liaise directly with customers, via phone and email, to ensure that requests are completed in a timely manner.
Coordinate and schedule vehicle maintenance, servicing and repair appointments using our dealer management software.
Make follow up calls to ensure the customer is aware of any changes or updates.
Maintain accurate records and provide timely management reports.

Skills & Experience required

Excellent communication skills including good telephone manner.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Confident with digital platforms and good IT skills.

The hours will be Monday to Friday – 9am – 5pm with half hour unpaid lunch

23 days holiday – plus Bank Holidays

Salary: £26k+ OTE, dependant on experience
